If you wish to register for the Zuoz 2012 school on particle physics, we kindly ask you to fill in the form below. Please enter your name, your address and your electronic mail address. After filling out the form, please hit the "Send registration form" button. You should receive immediately a short confirmation that your request has been submitted.

Please note that registration requires to send or fax a signed registration form, which you can ask for via this interface.
